Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and xbje ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the xbje website, mobile interface, and all associated gaming and betting services. By completing account registration, making a deposit, or placing any wager on xbje, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in full.

xbje reserves the right to revise, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time without prior notice beyond publication on the platform. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Material changes will be communicated via the platform's notice system or to the email address associated with your registered account. Your continued use of xbje following any amendment constitutes unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with the xbje Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the full agreement between you and xbje. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any promotional terms published on the platform, the promotional terms will govern in relation to that specific promotion only; in all other respects, these Terms take precedence.

Governing Language

The authoritative version of these Terms is the English-language version published at xbje.net/terms-conditions. Any translation provided for reference purposes is not legally binding and does not modify or supersede the English version.

Eligibility and Age Restriction

Use of the xbje platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are aged 18 years or older at the time of registration and at all times during which you use the platform.
• You are accessing xbje as a private individual acting on your own behalf and not as a representative, agent, or nominee of any third party.
• You do not hold an existing xbje account in your own name or in any other name, and no prior xbje account held by you has been closed, suspended, or terminated for breach of these Terms.
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, director, or officer of xbje, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• Your participation in online gaming is not prohibited by the laws of your jurisdiction of residence. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing xbje is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering or playing.

Age Verification

xbje takes its age verification obligations seriously. Upon registration and at any point thereafter, xbje may request documentary evidence to verify your age and identity. Acceptable documents include a valid national identity card (NID), passport, or driving licence issued by a competent Bangladeshi authority. Failure to supply requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe specified by xbje may result in account suspension and restriction of withdrawal access until verification is complete.

Where xbje has reasonable grounds to suspect that a registered account holder is under the age of 18, that account will be suspended immediately pending full age verification. Any funds deposited to a suspended account will be held pending verification. Where it is confirmed that the account holder is underage, all deposits will be returned less any withdrawals already processed, and any winnings generated during the period of underage use will be forfeited in full.

Account Registration and Management

To access the full range of xbje services — including deposits, withdrawals, betting, and live casino — you must register a player account. Registration is free of charge. Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one (1) registered account on xbje. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual, whether under the same name or under different names or contact details, is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances or bonuses held therein.

Registration Information

When completing registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, a valid email address, and a mobile number registered in your own name. You must not use a false identity, fictitious name, or another person's personal details at any point during registration or subsequent account management. xbje reserves the right to verify the accuracy of all registration information at any time.

Account Credentials and Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your xbje username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person, and you must ensure that no unauthorised individual gains access to your account. You agree to notify xbje immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account or any breach of the security of your credentials. xbje will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this obligation.

Account Accuracy and Updates

You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date. If your contact details, payment method registrations, or other account information change, you must update your account profile promptly. xbje uses the contact information on your account for communication regarding transactions, verification, promotions, and responsible gaming matters. Inaccurate or outdated information may delay transaction processing or impair our ability to contact you regarding account matters.

Inactive Accounts

An account is considered inactive if no login, deposit, withdrawal, or wagering activity is recorded for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. xbje reserves the right to apply an inactivity administration fee to dormant accounts in accordance with the schedule published on the platform from time to time, subject to applicable law and prior notice to the registered email address.

Deposits and Withdrawals

xbje supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for players registered in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank mobile banking, and selected other local payment channels as updated on the platform from time to time. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Minimum withdrawal amounts and processing timeframes are displayed on the cashier page of your account and are subject to change with reasonable notice.

Deposit Conditions

Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. xbje does not accept deposits made on behalf of another person, deposits sourced from third parties, or deposits made via methods not listed in the cashier section of the platform. Deposits made via unrecognised or unauthorised methods may be returned at xbje's discretion, minus any applicable processing fees charged by the originating service.

xbje does not charge a platform fee on standard deposits. However, your mobile financial service provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay) may apply their own transaction charges in accordance with their standard service rates. These charges are outside xbje's control and are borne entirely by the depositing player.

Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawal requests will only be processed to the same payment method used to make the most recent deposit, or to a verified payment account registered in the account holder's name. xbje reserves the right to request identity, age, and source-of-funds verification before processing any withdrawal. Verification documents must be submitted in full before withdrawal requests are approved. xbje aims to process verified withdrawal requests within the timeframes displayed in the cashier, subject to the processing schedules of the relevant payment service.

Bonus-Linked Funds

Where a player account holds bonus funds that are subject to wagering requirements, withdrawal of the bonus amount and any winnings attributable to those bonus funds is not permitted until the applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied in full. Attempts to withdraw bonus-linked funds prior to meeting wagering requirements may result in forfeiture of the bonus balance. Full details of wagering requirements applicable to any specific promotion are set out in the promotion's individual terms.

Fraud Prevention and Transaction Monitoring

xbje operates transaction monitoring systems to detect and prevent fraudulent activity, money laundering, and other financial crimes. Suspicious transactions may be flagged, held, and reviewed by xbje's compliance team. Where a transaction is found to be associated with fraudulent, deceptive, or unlawful activity, xbje reserves the right to reverse the transaction, suspend the associated account, and report the matter to relevant authorities in accordance with applicable law.

Betting and Gaming Rules

All betting and gaming activity on xbje is subject to the specific rules applicable to each product type — sports betting (including cricket), live casino, slots, virtual sports, and keno. These product-specific rules are published within each game or betting section of the platform and form part of these Terms. In the event of any conflict between product-specific rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail except where the product rules expressly address the specific matter in question.

Cricket and Sports Betting

Sports betting markets on xbje, including cricket (BPL, T20 World Cup, ICC events, IPL, and Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures), are subject to the betting rules published in the sports section of the platform. Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. Once a bet is accepted and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player. xbje reserves the right to void bets where a market is settled in error, where the odds were manifestly incorrect at the time of acceptance, or where an event is cancelled, postponed, or otherwise materially altered from the conditions under which the bet was accepted.

Live Casino

Live casino games on xbje are provided by certified third-party game studios including Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, and Pragmatic Play Live. The rules of each live casino game — including baccarat, roulette, blackjack, Dragon Tiger, and Andar Bahar — are those published by the relevant game studio and displayed within the live game interface. xbje does not operate or control the random number generation or dealing processes within live studio games; these are managed independently by the relevant studio under their own certifications.

Slots and RNG Games

Slot titles and other RNG-based games available on xbje are sourced from certified providers including Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe. The return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each game is determined by the game studio and is available within the game's information panel. xbje does not modify the RTP of any game. All slot and RNG game outcomes are determined by the provider's certified random number generation system, which has been independently tested for fairness.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the xbje platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and potential legal action:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the platform in a manner not available to standard users.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or technical faults to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from a confirmed software error are void.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any conduct designed to manipulate the outcome of a sporting event on which a bet has been placed.
• Coordinating with other players in a manner designed to circumvent game rules, bonus terms, or fair play obligations (collusion).
• Using the platform for any form of money laundering, financial crime, or the processing of proceeds of unlawful activity.
• Chargebacks, payment disputes, or reversal requests made in bad faith where the transaction relates to legitimate gaming activity.

Bonuses and Promotions

xbje offers bonuses and promotional rewards to eligible players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free spins, cashback rewards, and seasonal promotions linked to events such as BPL season, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and T20 World Cup fixtures. All bonuses and promotions are subject to individual promotional terms that are published alongside each offer and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

General Bonus Conditions

Unless the specific promotional terms state otherwise, the following general conditions apply to all xbje bonuses:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. xbje reserves the right to determine eligibility at its discretion.
• Each promotion is available once per player, per household, per device, and per payment account unless the specific promotional terms expressly state otherwise.
• Bonus funds are credited to the bonus balance of your account and are separate from your cash balance. Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings can be transferred to your withdrawable cash balance.
• xbje reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time, subject to the fulfilment of commitments already made to players who have accepted a bonus in good faith.
• Bonuses may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to another player under any circumstances.

Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirements specify the total value of qualifying bets that must be placed before a bonus balance becomes withdrawable. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount (for example, a 20x wagering requirement on a ৳1,000 bonus requires ৳20,000 in qualifying bets before the bonus can be withdrawn). Not all game types contribute equally towards wagering requirements; contribution rates by game category are specified in the individual promotional terms.

Bonus Abuse

xbje actively monitors for bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to: placing low-risk or hedged bets solely to clear wagering requirements without genuine engagement with the platform; using multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once; and providing false information to qualify for a bonus. Where bonus abuse is confirmed, xbje reserves the right to void the bonus, cancel any associated winnings, and suspend the relevant account without prior notice.

Responsible Gaming Obligations

xbje is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all players on the platform. The platform provides a suite of responsible gaming tools that are available to every registered account holder at no charge. Players are encouraged to make proactive use of these tools to maintain control over their gaming activity.

Available Responsible Gaming Tools

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account. Once set, a limit cannot be increased for a minimum cooling-off period of 24 hours. Reductions to limits take effect immediately.
• Loss Limits: Players may set a cap on the total losses they are willing to sustain within a defined period. Loss limit requests are processed immediately.
• Reality Check Reminders: Players may configure periodic session time reminders that display a notification showing the duration of the current session and the net result.
• Time-Out: Players may request a temporary account time-out for periods of 24 hours, 1 week, 1 month, or 3 months. During a time-out period, account login, deposits, and wagering are suspended. Time-outs cannot be reversed before the specified period expires.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who feel they need a more extended break may request self-exclusion from the platform for a minimum period of 6 months, extendable to permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are processed by the support team and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

Account Closure and Suspension

xbje reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading registration or verification information.
• Suspected fraudulent, deceptive, or collusive behaviour, including bonus abuse or exploitation of software errors.
• Suspected money laundering, financial crime, or use of the platform to process the proceeds of unlawful activity.
• Failure to complete required identity or age verification within the timeframe specified by xbje.
• Underage gambling or breach of the 18+ eligibility requirement.
• Chargebacks or payment reversals initiated in bad faith against xbje transaction records.
• Threats, abusive communications, or harassment directed at xbje staff or other platform users.

Voluntary Account Closure

Players who wish to close their xbje account voluntarily may do so by contacting support at [email protected]. Before closure is processed, any outstanding balance in your account (net of any pending bonus conditions) will be reviewed for withdrawal eligibility. Accounts subject to open investigations or pending verification requests may not be closed until those matters are resolved.

Effect of Account Closure

Upon closure of an account — whether initiated by xbje or by the player — all pending bonuses, promotional credits, and loyalty rewards associated with the account are forfeited immediately. Any real-money balance remaining in a validly closed account after resolution of outstanding matters will be returned to the player via the most recently used verified payment method, subject to xbje's standard verification and anti-fraud procedures.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, xbje shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of access. xbje's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to xbje in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, together with the xbje Privacy Policy and any applicable promotional terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and xbje with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the same subject matter. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable for any reason, that provision shall be deemed severable from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
